That is not a Muslim cemetery. It is a Christian cemetery and why is a headstone? A modern headstone amongst all the old Victorian headstones? Has somebody just put that headstone up

Dear Fatima, I am a distant relative of her. I can give you a lot of family history. her original name was Francess Eliabeth Murray born 1865 born as a Christian in Liverpool, She did marry her Husband who had the name Cates she had one son and divorced her husband in 1891 her then husband and her 2 sisters also converted to Islam. Francess converted to Islam at the age of 19, she was secretary of the Association of Prohibition of Alcohol in Birkenhead. Her position led her to a talk by Abdullah Quilliam, a local lawyer who had converted to Islam during a trip to Morocco. However, as content as the group were among themselves, they were viewed with suspicion by the wider community and faced regular abuse while attending meetings at a house on Mount Vernon Street. Writing years later, Abdullah said windows were "repeatedly broken with stones" and on several occasions, "ruffians, unworthy of the name of men" had picked up horse manure and rubbed it in Fatima's face. Undaunted, the small cohort moved to a Georgian property on Brougham Terrace at the end of 1887 and set up England's first recorded mosque. Recalling the period later, Fatima said her new faith continued to provoke "satire and ridicule" from her mother. Francess died of pneumonia, She was buried at the chapel and I believe out lived by her mother. No headstone was placed on her grave. Even many of her descendants don't know where her grave is, But thanks to you I have seen it many of us are to old to travel I have photographs of Francess at home from the Victorian period. Thank you for the raising of a stone for her memory it means a lot to us.

Our sister was one of the first converts in Liverpool and suffered persecution at the hands of local people who attacked her physically and attacked the little mosque they had established. She first became interested in Islam when she realised Muslims were teetotallers! She and other early Muslims were part of the Temperance movement, which was against alcohol in society. She became very ill and was only 35 when she passed, she said the Shahadah again upon her deathbed in the presence of Sheikh Abdullah Quilliam and took comfort in dying as a Muslim.

Allah knows Best but I do not believe this makes sense, by this logic if you get invited 24 times a week, you would be eating at 3 meals a day outside? Also what happens when two people invite you at the same time? According to Sheikh Assim, scholars are unanimous did the two occasions where this applies is a wedding and a aqeqa as long as there is nothing Haran in the events.

What happened to all the Victorian Muslims? the ones that converted at the hands of Abdullah Quilliam and attended the mosque he established? You would think that before the migrants arrived there would've been a sizeable native english muslim community, but they all just disappeared. It's sad to think that they most likely lost their Islam and were gradually absorbed back into the dominant culture over the decades. There could be a native English family today that has absolutely no idea that one of their great grandparents was a Muslim.

Lauren's father died as muslim, because once he admitted Jesus is a messenger and not God and also he admitted the question Lauren that Muhammad is a messenger , then he is a muslim , even if he said it in English only ... Allah saved him in his last minutes of life ... most probably he had some sincere good deeds in his life and Allah knew that there is some white part of his heart but never had chance to know Islam , so he gave him his daughter words as a gift in his last moments, and he succeeded the exam by Allah's grace
